Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website, the Instant Quote calculator and service requests submitted to PDXtinguishers.
Estimates are not final invoices
The Instant Quote gives an estimated price for routine service based on the information you enter. It is not a binding quote. Final pricing may change if quantities differ on site, or if additional maintenance, parts, testing or replacement is required. Some items are marked as requiring verification and are not priced in the estimate.
Approval before additional work
If we identify work beyond what your estimate covers, we will explain what is needed, why, and the price before performing additional billable work.
Service requests
Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment. We review each request and contact you to confirm scheduling. A service visit minimum applies to routine service.
Service area
We serve commercial properties in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Coverage outside that area is confirmed case by case — check your service area before requesting service.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the extinguisher counts, types, address and contact details you submit. Inaccurate information may change the price or delay scheduling.
Changes
We may update pricing, service offerings and these terms. The version shown on this site at the time of your request applies to that request.
